I was inspired by certain scriptures and at the same time came across an old photo, so I decided to paint it. I Love the concept of Jesus, the good shepherd. I like the perspective of the trees and path leading to the light in the distance.  The filtered light from above glistens off of the not so white wool. The curious little lamb looks back at us. No matter how hard we try to be pure, we never get there until we walk through the door to new life.
